K1 Lodge
The K1 Lodge is a great place to stop for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, and cyclists, as well as for families and groups. It is also happy to host your club outings, family celebrations, anniversaries of all kinds, or Christmas parties. The K1 Lodge is located directly at the K1 ski lift between Ettelsberg and Sonnenhang.
Willinger Brewery
Look forward to plenty of friendly people, atmospheric evenings, and long nights at the brewery. The charming building of the Willinger Brewery was constructed in 1921/22 by Anton Heller and his wife Beate (née Nies, Weißenburg Brewery, Lippstadt). Georg Metzendorf, the builder of Margarethenhöhe in Essen, was chosen as the architect. Anton Heller was granted honorary citizenship in 1923 for his services to the community. He had supported school construction and helped citizens in need.
