General Information
The room is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We will be happy to store your luggage for you beyond that. You are welcome to arrange a change of these times with our reception (subject to availability).

- We provide baby cots and bed linen free of charge.
- Pets are welcome. Price per night €20. Welcome package with blanket, dog bowl, and treats in the room. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
- We are happy to accept room requests when you make your booking. Please understand that we cannot guarantee every request.
- The evening buffet is available for you in the restaurant.
- The local tourism tax of currently €3.00 per person per night will be charged separately on site. By resolution of the municipality of Willingen, from January 1, 2024, all professional and training-related stays are also subject to payment in addition to private stays.
- Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel and therefore smoking is not permitted in the rooms and public areas, as well as the consumption of cannabis / marijuana / grass.

Charging stations are available for a fee in our Willinger Brauhaus parking lot, approx. 100m away.
